My name is Arvy Ciupan. I’m 23 years old. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. I am committed to building something larger and who puts aside personal gain for the well-being of the group. When it regards to teaching, seeing excitement in children thrilled by a topic makes your day worthwhile and it is also because I love kids. If you can blow a mind now and again, you will constantly be a source of interest. I believe that teaching is a challenging job with many unique frustrations, but the rewards of teaching are numerable. I believe that we need to mold the future through impacting their students’ views and understandings, teachers foster creativity, develop character, give students lenses with which to view the world and provide students with the skills they need to reach their potential and lead productive lives. Teachers do more than teach, and their impact extends far beyond the classroom. I am more than just an educator, a mentor, a confidant and also a friend. One of the most common reasons to become a teacher is to make a difference in the lives of as many students as you can. I am mature, candid, and who has integrity. Every day I work to improve myself and my skills which is part of maturing and becoming better at what I do.
